Grateful from the tips of my toes to the ends of my frizzball hair

A bit of a random bunch of gratefuls this week;

The supercool app “Over” – with which I created the above quote pic. It’s super simple and has some great fonts. I came across it via a recommendation by Kellie at 74 Lime Lane – she knows her photography and her apps! I’m loving it.

This post from Vivienne McMaster on why she takes so many self-portraits of her feet. I quite like taking them too, and agree with her reasons, but she forgot ‘because my hair looks terrible today and there’s no way I’m doing a full on selfie looking like this!’

Thongs. As in the footwear, not the underwear.

Those everyday epiphanies John Milton was talking about in the quote above. Yes.

An ‘Inspiring Blogger’ award from an inspiring blogger. Stoked to be seen as ‘inspiring’ and to be in the company of the other’s listed.

Encountering polite professionals who reply to your emails and genuinely care.

Eavesdropping as my husband reads ‘The Hobbit’ to our son, and having our son recount the tale to me “And there were too many dwarves in Bilbo’s house, mum.”

A nice lazy weekend before our whole routine changes next week – my baby is off to school!

My GratitudeDiary app – in which I can record my gratefuls everyday. And it was free.

Joining in with Maxabella over at Kidspot for 52 Weeks of Grateful. Head over and share in the gratitude.

    • I think my baby will love it, Lisa. I will miss him though, and so will his little sister!

    • I know, *sniff* :(. I’m going to miss him. Although I’m sure I’ll get used to it soon enough.
